Requirements
- Four or more years of professional experience, ideally in a Product or DevTool engineering role
- Proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Experience working with various CI/CD environments
- Experience with infrastructure platforms such as Heroku or AWS
- Strong ability to design public APIs and developer-focused user experiences
- Data-driven mindset for evaluating technical alternatives
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
- Ability to work self-directed in an experiment-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Develop complex projects from ideation and scoping to execution and maintenance
- Engage with users daily to ensure their needs are fulfilled
- Respond to support tickets as part of team responsibilities
- Participate in PagerDuty rotations
- Contribute to architectural decisions and product design
- Analyze data to evaluate and implement new product features or pricing models
