Requirements
- Experience in building structures and methods for using artificial intelligence.
- Deep understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and automation of technological processes.
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Broad understanding of technology and experience in integrating complex system environments.
- Knowledge of modern cloud architectures, specifically SAP BTP or Cloud Foundry.
- Solid understanding of Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in technical coordination and building relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to propose solutions independently with a focus on business and technological goals.
- Fluent in Polish (C1), English (B2), and German (B2).
Responsibilities
- Support the practical development and shaping of an AI-First strategy with high autonomy.
- Design and evolve structures and methods for leveraging artificial intelligence across the entire application lifecycle.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency within ALM and Transportation Management product initiatives.
- Integrate AI and automation into concept development, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations.
- Coordinate technical topics and international initiatives, including stakeholder communication and alignment.
- Develop a stable technological foundation and architecture aligned with Enterprise Architecture principles.
