Requirements
- Deep expertise and business knowledge in the Legal and Compliance area.
- At least 7 years of relevant IT experience designing and implementing technology solutions in Legal Operations.
- Experience in Matter Management, document management, legal spend management, and contract management.
- Expertise working with SaaS solutions and vendors.
- Practical experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP Cloud).
- Knowledge of middleware architecture and ESB/EAI-based integration.
- Experience creating architectural documentation (e.g., UML).
- Expertise in multiple technology domains (e.g., Cloud, Automation, Data, AI).
- Broad understanding of integration, security, infrastructure, and DevOps layers.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Experience working in a multicultural and international environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect a robust digital backbone for legal operations that integrates with the corporate IT landscape.
- Ensure all solutions meet high security and compliance standards for sensitive legal data.
- Analyze, evaluate, and integrate SaaS solutions in alignment with enterprise standards.
- Lead and control cross-solution architecture design questions with developers, vendors, and partners.
- Perform architecture reviews of existing solutions to manage technical debt and ensure improvement.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Create and own solution architecture documentation.
- Partner with Product Managers and the Enterprise Architect to establish solution intent.
