Requirements
- Proven experience as a Platform Architect, Solution Architect or Technical Lead on cloud platform initiatives
- Strong GCP expertise
- Demonstrated experience building generic, reusable platform capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and tenacity to navigate complex organizations
- Proficiency in solution and systems design, including data modelling and systems integration
- Experience aligning architecture and timelines across multiple product and project teams
- Comfortable operating with incomplete information and driving clarity
- Strong Python programming skills
- English at professional working level (C1)
Responsibilities
- Own architectural design and design decisions for the development environment on GCP
- Design a generic, reusable platform layer that new projects can adopt
- Align design and timelines with other project and product teams
- Secure support across the organization through active networking
- Contribute to the governance model discussion around platform ownership
- Support data and AI/ML use cases, including pipeline and integration design
- Provide light Product Owner support to keep the team unblocked
- Maintain and extend the existing communication and stakeholder map
