Requirements
- Solid experience in software development with a preference for Golang, Java, or Kotlin.
- Ability to work with PHP.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and Memcached.
- Proficiency in AWS and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Ability to write structured prompts for multi-step tasks and maintain project-level AI context.
- Strong judgment on when to utilize and when to override AI for tasks such as debugging and refactoring.
- Commitment to a 'you build it, you run it, you own it' engineering mindset.
- Effective communication skills with B2 proficiency in English.
- Strong problem-solving mindset focused on technical and user-centric solutions.
- Team-oriented approach with openness to cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- Contribute technically to projects and take part in the planning, execution, and success of complex technical tasks.
- Be an integral part of the team and establish credibility through high-quality technical execution.
- Use AI to accelerate delivery by delegating routine implementation, generating tests and documentation, and assisting in debugging and refactoring.
- Take full accountability for AI-generated output by validating and refactoring before production deployment.
- Collaborate with product management to ensure the delivery of user-focused products.
- Brainstorm, ask questions, and take ownership of the products you are building.
