Job Details

10+ years of software engineering experience, including building and operating AI/ML systems in production.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Software Engineer, including leading squads and setting technical direction.
Hands-on experience designing and delivering LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI features in production.
Experience building client-facing GenAI products deployed in production environments.
Deep expertise in Python or Node.js, with solid working knowledge of the other.
Experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS.
Practical knowledge of serverless and event-driven architectures, including AWS Lambda.
Experience owning architectural decisions, managing technical risk, and contributing to technical governance.
Strong English communication skills at C1 level.

Set the technical direction of the squad and own architectural decisions.
Manage technical risks and represent engineering in the Architecture Review Board.
Design and deliver production-grade LLM, RAG, and agentic AI solutions.
Develop across the full stack using Python, Node.js, React, and AWS.
Design serverless and event-driven architectures.
Drive the adoption of AI coding tools across the software development lifecycle.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and day-to-day collaboration.
Work with platform teams to consume shared capabilities and contribute reusable solutions.
Ensure delivered solutions are secure, auditable, and compliant-by-design.
Improve engineering practices and maintain high software quality standards.
