Requirements
- Practical experience in implementing or maintaining at least one standard/regulation (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS2, DORA, PCI DSS, NIST).
- Proven experience in creating compliance documentation.
- Ability to conduct independent research and work effectively with regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in translating complex requirements into actionable processes, controls, and evidence.
- Ability to adapt compliance frameworks to specific industries and business models.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies in a professional context.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with legal teams and translate legal advice into practical compliance actions.
- Mid-level professional experience in compliance, cybersecurity, or GRC.
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze regulatory standards such as NIS2, AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act, DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
- Evaluate the applicability of regulations to specific organizational contexts.
- Perform regulatory applicability assessments and compliance mappings.
- Translate regulatory requirements into concrete processes, internal controls, and documentation evidence.
- Develop comprehensive policies, procedures, standards, checklists, and registries.
- Build sector-specific and scalable compliance frameworks for various industries.
- Develop and expand libraries of documents, control mappings, and compliance checklists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with cybersecurity, IT, and legal teams.
- Utilize AI tools to conduct research, analyze regulations, automate compliance tasks, and map requirements.
