Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 9+ years of professional experience, or 7+ years with a related advanced degree.
- 2+ years of professional services consulting experience.
- 4+ years of cybersecurity experience, including processes, tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, NIST SP 800-82, CMMC, ISO/IEC 2700x, and IEC/ISA 62443.
- Cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, GICSP/GIAC, or Security+.
- Experience with cloud-based IT and/or OT environments.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders ranging from highly technical analysts to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to cybersecurity consulting engagements and the development of innovative professional services solutions.
- Assess enterprise network and system designs and implementations to identify cybersecurity gaps and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Plan, design, and implement cybersecurity controls aligned with applicable standards and frameworks.
- Develop cybersecurity and compliance policies, procedures, and recommendations.
- Produce detailed technical reports, analyses, and improvement recommendations.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical teams, senior management, and executive leadership.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging cybersecurity technologies, architectures, and industry best practices.
