Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience shipping production software.
- Strong proficiency in Python (TypeScript is a plus).
- Experience shipping at least one LLM-powered feature or product.
- Daily, heavy user of agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
- Demonstrable experience with side projects built using AI tooling.
- Ability to debug by reading logs, traces, and evals rather than guessing.
- Fluent in written and spoken English for prose-heavy skill authoring.
Responsibilities
- Build and extend evaluation pipelines to measure task completion and address regressions.
- Manage agent context to ensure coherence in long-horizon tasks.
- Design sub-agent patterns and agent composition strategies.
- Own document parsing of supplier invoices, catalogs, and contracts.
- Develop agent-callable CLI tools using Coupa supplier APIs.
- Ship procedural, supplier-facing skills and tool compositions.
- Debug complex production AI agent behavior through logs, traces, and systematic analysis.
- Collaborate on harness architecture design with senior engineering stakeholders.
