Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Proven experience building complex financial models and conducting business analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, model building).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with confidential compensation and headcount data.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or an analytical field (engineering, mathematics, or computer science) or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Anaplan or similar financial planning tools (plus).
- Experience in SaaS or at a publicly traded company (plus).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and consolidate company-wide forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
- Manage cash forecasting processes including operating, direct, and free cash flow.
- Partner with Accounting to review monthly and quarterly results and ensure forecast alignment.
- Identify forecast risks and analyze variances to improve planning methodologies.
- Prepare financial reporting packages and management analysis highlighting business drivers.
- Contribute to Board of Directors materials and executive-level strategic presentations.
- Maintain and enhance corporate financial models for areas like stock-based compensation and capital expenditures.
- Drive process improvements to increase automation and model efficiency.
