Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, and/or acquisitions.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Proficiency in underwriting and analyzing multifamily, apartment, and affordable housing opportunities.
- Experience with quantitative spreadsheet evaluations and ROI/cash flow/NOI analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, and/or accounting (MBA preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to generate high quality, error-free work on tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Ability to work during US Pacific business hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis and real estate underwriting on potential investment opportunities.
- Review offering memoranda, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support investment decisions.
- Prepare high caliber slide decks for presentations.
- Assist in property-level due diligence including lease, rent roll, and loan document analysis.
- Coordinate title, survey, and third-party reports.
- Perform market-level due diligence on sales, lease comps, and investment trends.
- Organize and maintain the acquisitions pipeline.
- Provide administrative support to the Acquisitions and Finance teams.
