Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, and/or acquisitions.
- Proficiency in underwriting and analyzing multi-family, apartment, or affordable housing real estate.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Experience with quantitative, spreadsheet-based financial analysis (ROI, cash flow, NOI).
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, and/or accounting (MBA preferred).
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to generate high-quality, error-free work on tight deadlines.
- Strong desire to succeed and ability to work effectively with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis and real estate underwriting on potential investment opportunities.
- Review offering memoranda, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
- Conduct relevant market research and analysis to support investment decisions.
- Prepare high caliber slide decks for presentations.
- Assist in property-level and market-level due diligence including lease, rent roll, and loan document reviews.
- Organize and maintain the acquisitions pipeline.
- Provide administrative support to the Acquisitions and Finance teams.
