Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, and/or acquisitions.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Proficiency in underwriting and analyzing multifamily, apartment, and affordable housing opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or accounting (MBA preferred).
- Strong quantitative and spreadsheet analysis skills including ROI, cash flow, and NOI calculations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal oversight.
- Proven ability to generate high quality, error-free work under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work during US Pacific business hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis and real estate underwriting on potential investment opportunities.
- Assist in reviewing offering memoranda and seller-provided financial materials.
- Conduct relevant market research and analysis to support investment decisions.
- Prepare high caliber slide decks for investment presentations.
- Assist in property-level and market-level due diligence including lease, rent roll, and loan document analysis.
- Organize and maintain the acquisitions pipeline.
- Provide administrative support to the Acquisitions and Finance teams.
