4–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
Hands-on experience building and debugging LLM and multi-agent workflows.
Demonstrable expertise in prompt/context engineering, tool calling, and evaluation/guardrails.
Knowledge of model cost and latency control (Anthropic and OpenAI experience preferred).
Strong backend and API development skills.
Comfortable working in a Git/PR workflow and debugging distributed systems.
Deep understanding of durable workflow orchestration and multi-tenant architectures.
Strong QA instinct and experience with systematic testing and regression coverage.
Direct, low-ego communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-engineers.
Experience with CRM platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP) is a strong plus.
Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar AI integration layers is preferred.

Own day-to-day production issue triage from support channel through to resolution.
Manage and improve output quality of multi-agent research and qualification pipelines.
Ship scoped product enhancements end-to-end, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
Own the defined release process including local, development, staging, and production environments.
Maintain release hygiene and perform surgical hotfixes on production systems.
Manage feature flags, tenant configurations, and environment variables.
Develop and execute systematic QA processes including regression coverage and pre-demo verification.
