Job Details

4–8 years of professional software engineering experience, including time in a startup or growth-stage environment.
Demonstrable experience building and debugging LLM and multi-agent workflows including prompt/context engineering and tool calling.
Strong backend and API development skills.
Experience in a Git/PR workflow and ability to read logs/traces for debugging distributed systems.
Genuine QA instinct with a focus on regression and verification.
Proficiency with AI coding tools and ability to review and validate model outputs.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical language.
Familiarity with model cost and latency control (Anthropic and OpenAI experience preferred).
Experience with enterprise ecosystem CRM platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP).
Experience with data quality, provenance, or fact-verification systems is a plus.

Own day-to-day production issue triage from the support channel through to resolution: reproduce, diagnose, fix, verify, and close the loop.
Manage output quality of multi-agent research and qualification pipelines, addressing issues like stale facts or broken citations.
Ship scoped product enhancements end-to-end, including filtering, UI polish, and error-surfacing improvements.
Oversee the release process across development, staging, and production environments with explicit sign-offs.
Manage feature flags, tenant configuration, and environment variables across tenants.
Develop systematic regression coverage and pre-release verification checks to replace ad hoc QA processes.
