Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, social media coordination, or digital marketing.
- Strong professional portfolio demonstrating visual judgment and original design ability.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite or similar social media scheduling platforms.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted design and image-generation tools.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong understanding of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
- Basic PowerPoint design and photo-editing skills.
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and access to required design software.
Responsibilities
- Create professional, cohesive designs reflecting brand standards across digital assets including social media, web, and marketing materials.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars based on firm priorities.
- Schedule and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using Meta Business Suite.
- Review content for brand consistency, spelling, and formatting before publication.
- Manage production workflows using AI-assisted tools responsibly while maintaining firm standards.
- Collaborate with the U.S.-based team and manage multiple assignment deadlines.
