Requirements
- Prior recruiting or hiring experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Strong customer service experience and professional presence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail in a high-volume work environment.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary recruiting support for assigned hiring managers and divisions.
- Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
- Identify and develop pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor and report on recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and candidate conversion rates.
- Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Support organizational growth initiatives, property transitions, and acquisitions.
