Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong focus on on-page and technical SEO.
- Strong proficiency with SEMRush and ability to translate SEO insights into actionable recommendations.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO: site architecture, crawlability, indexation, schema markup, and page speed optimization.
- Experience implementing AEO and GEO strategies for AI-powered search experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
- Portfolio, case studies, or examples of successful SEO campaigns required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct SEO audits for new and existing client websites using SEMRush and other tools.
- Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies including content optimization, metadata, internal linking, and schema implementation.
- Identify and implement technical SEO improvements for site structure, crawlability, indexation, page speed, and site health.
- Apply AEO and GEO best practices for AI-powered search platforms.
- Collaborate with content, paid media, web development, and design teams.
- Monitor SEO performance and provide actionable insights.
- Manage tasks, timelines, and documentation within ClickUp.
