Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (customer engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or developer relations).
- Proven ability to operate a high-volume, one-to-many engagement motion.
- Strong fundamentals across cloud infrastructure including containers, deploys, autoscaling, networking, and CI/CD.
- Working knowledge of Postgres and database migration patterns (e.g., Heroku, AWS RDS).
- AI fluency with experience advising customers on AI-native and LLM-powered applications.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation, playbooks, and in-app content.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to prioritize work against goals and manage ambiguity.
- Experience with Intercom or similar in-app engagement platforms (preferred).
- Experience building internal or customer-facing tools that scale team impact (preferred).
- Familiarity with PLG or high-volume account environments (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Partner with Scaled AMs and Field Engineering teammates to turn expansion and churn signals into plays, talking points, and in-app prompts.
- Operate startup program onboarding through Intercom checklists, guided flows, and activation follow-up.
- Collaborate with Support Engineering to translate recurring customer feedback into actionable programs and friction-reducing content.
- Build and improve scaled-engagement tools including pricing/sizing calculators, POC templates, and technical enablement.
- Execute scaled customer programs including webinars, Slack community touchpoints, and pattern-based outreach.
- Create and maintain timely in-product guidance and self-service content based on recurring customer questions.
- Maintain activity tracking and feature-request data hygiene for Field Engineering and Product.
