Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Substantial experience shipping LLM-backed applications, including prompting, tool use, agentic loops, and multi-step workflows.
- Practical experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), skill or tool authoring, and orchestrating agents.
- Experience building eval sets and using them to make technical decisions.
- Fluent with agentic coding tools like Cursor.
- Strong proficiency in Python and comfortable working directly against production SQL data models.
- Ability to map internal processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Operational discipline in Git, CI, and containers.
- Experience with ambiguity and undocumented internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Turn a team's process, judgment, and edge cases into reusable skills that agents can invoke.
- Wire agents to the systems of record through MCP servers, compose skills and tools into working workflows, and add new MCP surface area.
- Define what 'correct' means with business teams, build eval sets, and establish baselines to guide deployment decisions.
- Take agents from prototype to production, including managing permissions, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, audit trails, and rollbacks.
- Work with data engineers on the access, models, and quality of the data your agents read and write.
