Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with Managed Medicaid preferred.
- Background in wound care is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
- Professional presentation and demeanor.
- Proficiency with computers and related software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the VA & Managed Medicaid business.
- Sell additional services and build strong professional relationships with clients.
- Educate business partners and end users on AOTI products and services.
- Provide proactive support and customer service to clients and partners.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to establish new business.
- Respond to inquiries and provide knowledgeable, courteous service.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company products and services.
- Ensure full customer satisfaction and follow up on all interactions.
