Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Six months of experience in customer service and sales.
- Proven experience driving results through inbound service and outbound follow-up.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple systems simultaneously.
- High-speed internet with at least 20 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.
- Ability to hardwire computer directly to a router.
- Quiet workspace free of distractions.
- Ability to work assigned schedule between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
- Ability to work some holidays.
- Intermediate computer proficiency and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from customers to plan dream vacations.
- Guide customers through the booking process for airfare, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and local experiences.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their travel needs.
- Recommend personalized, lifestyle-aligned travel solutions.
- Manage multiple technology applications including CRM, booking, and payment tools simultaneously.
