Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Principal Engineer in production environments.
- Deep, hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Solid understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning.
- Experience designing and maintaining SOAP and RESTful web services.
- Proficiency in XML serialization/deserialization.
- Mastery of software design patterns, clean architecture, and modern distributed system design.
- Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve technical direction, architecture, and design patterns for back-end services.
- Oversee the implementation and standardization of SOAP and REST APIs.
- Establish standards for unit and integration testing, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
- Lead code reviews and mentor senior and junior engineers to foster engineering excellence.
- Oversee system integration of legacy and modern systems.
- Drive optimization of CI/CD workflows and automated pipelines.
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
