Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce, including Apex, LWC, and Flow.
- Experience in integrations, including API and web services.
- Practical experience working with automation and AI solutions, such as chatbots and agents.
- Knowledge of working with data, including Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines.
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently.
- Very good communication in English (min. B2 level).
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification.
- Fluent knowledge of Polish.
- Must reside in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Develop applications in Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
- Build and configure AI solutions, including agents, logic, and prompts.
- Create and develop integrations using APIs and MuleSoft.
- Work with data in an AI context, including Data Cloud and RAG.
- Design business process automations.
- Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to define requirements.
- Participate in testing and optimization of solutions.
- Maintain existing systems.
