Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, AI engineering, or cloud data platform delivery.
- Strong SQL and Python programming proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks data modeling and platform optimization.
- Deep knowledge of Snowflake Cortex and Databricks Genie.
- Understanding of semantic layer modeling, KPIs, and AI-ready data products.
- Experience with enterprise metadata management, lineage, and data quality controls.
- Proficiency in managing cloud compute resources (Snowflake Warehouses, Databricks Clusters).
- Experience with LLM evaluation, cost optimization, and inference strategies.
- Practical experience with GenAI, AI agents, RAG, and conversational analytics.
- Experience working in regulated enterprise environments with strict security and compliance standards.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize data pipelines and AI products using Snowflake and Databricks.
- Implement agentic development practices to accelerate solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Develop semantic layer models, governed datasets, and business metric frameworks.
- Manage LLM model selection, inference cost optimization, and token usage.
- Ensure secure data access through robust governance, RBAC, and data quality controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical AI requirements into business outcomes.
