Requirements
- Extensive experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Experience in a technical leadership capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and designing cloud-based infrastructure.
- Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
- Experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications.
- Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch.
- Strong Linux administration and Bash scripting skills.
- Experience working with Git and modern software development workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of hybrid AWS-based and on-premise infrastructure.
- Drive DevOps best practices, standards, and technical decisions across the team.
- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform.
- Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch.
- Collaborate closely with management, development and engineering teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other DevOps engineers.
