Requirements
- Up to 2 years of project management experience.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
- Ability to work in high volumes on multiple different customers and tasks.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects, ensuring compliance with standards, timely completion, and high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain trusted long-term relationships with client stakeholders within strategic account environments.
- Oversee all project management processes, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and progress reporting.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and invoicing coordination.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; escalate when necessary to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Track and control project scope and manage change requests, ensuring impacts on timelines and budget are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
- Communicate effectively across multicultural and distributed EMEA teams.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance requirements, including GDPR.
