- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certification in Scrum (e.g., PSM, CSM) is desirable.
- Professional certification in SAFe is desirable.
- Professional certification in PMI (PMP/Prince2) is desirable.
- Experience in pharmaceutical and/or banking sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP environments is a plus.
- Experience working in international teams is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT project execution from initiation to delivery.
