Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- 2–4 years of experience in technological governance, risk, or compliance within financial institutions.
- Experience with AI/model governance at a conceptual and control level.
- Practical understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, applications, limitations, and risks.
- Knowledge of regulated environment specifics.
- Experience collaborating with IT, Risk, and Compliance units.
- Very good command of English (level C1) in speech and writing.
- Knowledge of AI regulations and financial standards (e.g., AI Act, DORA, model risk management) is preferred.
- Experience in preparing management materials is preferred.
- Experience working in large, international organizations or group structures is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Co-create and develop a comprehensive AI Governance model covering principles, roles, responsibilities, and oversight mechanisms.
- Coordinate the management process for AI/GenAI use cases.
- Collaborate on identifying and assessing AI/GenAI risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and monitoring control mechanisms.
- Organize and conduct operational governance, including material preparation and status monitoring.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for bank management and committees.
- Coordinate documentation for internal/external audits and regulators to ensure consistency.
