Requirements
- MA/Eng. degree in Information Technology, Business, or relevant equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating project teams and managing local/global IT projects.
- Experience working within virtual or dispersed project/service teams.
- Demonstrated experience in multicultural, international, medium to large-scale project environments.
- Strong consulting and negotiation skills.
- English language proficiency at C1 level.
- Professional Scrum Master Certification (PSM I, PSM II, or PSM III).
- Agile Project Management certification (e.g., Agile PM).
- At least one scaled certification (e.g., SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner).
- Good knowledge of various project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Scrum theory, practices, and rules are understood and enacted by the team.
- Coordinate all Scrum meetings, including Daily Standups, Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Verify the feasibility of requirements with the development team.
- Monitor development and sprint progress to ensure timelines are met.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Manager on development issues and impediment removal.
- Manage project risks and escalate them to the Delivery Manager as needed.
- Communicate project status effectively to the Delivery Manager.
