Requirements
- Commercial experience as a software tester with excellent knowledge of processes, methodologies, and testing theory.
- Genuine fascination with AI topics and understanding of LLM-based system components.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of effective prompt engineering.
- Creativity and unconventional problem-solving skills necessary for testing flexible AI model behaviors.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team of developers and testers.
- Experience with integration testing and knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs (preferred).
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation and quality monitoring, such as prompt regression tests, quality metrics, and costs (preferred).
- Knowledge of LLM security basics, including prompt injection and guardrails (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Test AI/LLM-based solutions, including verifying system correctness, response quality, and model behavior in various scenarios.
- Support the software development process by building and testing prototypes and Proof of Concept (PoC) versions.
- Act as an ambassador for modern tools in the QA team, implementing AI-driven solutions to automate and optimize daily work.
- Perform classic QA processes including requirements analysis, documentation review, and development of test scenarios and cases.
- Collaborate with the development team on design and quality evaluation, including selecting search strategies in RAG systems.
