Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business and IT services/projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Scrum, Agile, or Lean methods/tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and PMI/Agile methodologies.
- Fluency in English at a C1 level.
- Fluency in Polish at a C1 level.
- Experience leading full-cycle IT operations.
- Experience leading virtual, dispersed, and multinational teams.
- Experience in large software product organizations delivering to a global market.
- Proficiency with Service Management tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Trello, and Tableau/BO.
Responsibilities
- Manage processes along the IT Service lifecycle with focus on Continual Service Improvement.
- Coordinate software development, maintenance, enhancement, and support activities.
- Deliver and coordinate software releases.
- Manage service partners and vendors to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Define, measure, and report on service deliverables.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team.
- Build and maintain business relationships with international customers and stakeholders.
