Requirements
- Fluent knowledge of C and/or Rust.
- Proficiency with databases and SQL.
- Solid understanding of cryptography and application security.
- Fundamental knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Proficiency with terminal usage and script writing.
- Previous experience in a team leader or similar collaborative role (e.g., Tech Lead).
- Ability to manage personal tasks and provide mentorship or supervision to less experienced team members.
- Effective task planning and prioritization skills for self and the team.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop architecture for new functionalities, including RFC and technical decisions.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 people (developers and QA) while fostering their professional growth.
- Analyze and estimate new projects, break them into tasks, and manage project timelines.
- Ensure code quality and application security through robust design, code reviews, and pair programming.
- Solve technical challenges across development, testing, and production environments.
- Maintain and evolve existing solutions to ensure consistency and security.
