Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Python for backend development, task automation, and data manipulation.
- Deep understanding of relational databases, SQL query optimization, indexing, and data warehousing.
- Over 1 year of experience working with React.
- Ability to read, interpret, and enforce healthcare regulations and data privacy rules (e.g., HIPAA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of clear technical documentation and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize Python scripts and backend systems for data processing, system automation, and data analysis.
- Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines to efficiently handle large healthcare datasets.
- Review, understand, and apply relevant healthcare regulations to ensure system compliance and data integrity.
- Document technical findings, workflows, and process changes.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members to report insights, troubleshoot issues, and align project goals.
- Participate in the on-call rotation every 5-6 weeks.
