Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Python.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, FastAPI-based microservices, and asynchronous services.
- Experience in LLM integration, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and machine learning model workflows (MLOps).
- Expertise in model serving and production monitoring of ML models.
- Strong skills in PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and data pipelines.
- Experience with Cloud-based solutions, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Practical knowledge of software engineering best practices including Clean Code, TDD, and automated testing.
- Proficiency in Polish (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
- Understanding of system monitoring and observability.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary agile development team focused on backend and ML solutions.
- Take ownership of the entire development process from conception through implementation to maintenance.
- Shape software architecture, specifically regarding LLM and ML integration and technical decision-making.
- Ensure high solution quality through code reviews, pair programming, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with internal and partner teams developing frontend and backend components within the shared ecosystem.
- Provide consultation on monitoring, maintenance, and operation of ML models and cloud-based microservices.
