Requirements
- Professional experience with established CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Creatio, Oracle, or SAP.
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst eliciting, analyzing, and documenting functional requirements.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable CRM solution designs.
- Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills with experience building stakeholder trust.
- Technical aptitude to learn and perform hands-on no-code platform configuration.
- Commitment to achieve Creatio Creator - Basic certification within 90 days of hire.
- Experience with system testing, user-acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment.
- Strong written communication and project documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage, organize, and meet deadlines independently.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed project and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and working meetings with client business and technology stakeholders.
- Understand and document client business processes, requirements, pain points, data needs, and desired outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into practical CRM solution designs and Blueprint specifications.
- Independently configure CRM functionality such as record pages, data structures, workflows, and analytics.
- Serve as a functional QA lead, develop test scenarios, and support user-acceptance testing.
- Facilitate client training and develop user guides and project documentation.
- Manage project scope, requirements, risks, and client communication as a key point of continuity.
