Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a finance management position.
- Experience in real estate services, construction, or facilities management is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing.
- Proven ability to design, improve, and implement financial systems, processes, and controls.
- Experience working in growth-stage or evolving environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting or leading financial system implementations or migrations is preferred.
- CPA, CMA, or another relevant professional certification is preferred.
- Experience working with global or multi-entity finance operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts.
- Manage end-to-end invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Analyze financial run rates, project costs, and margins to provide insights to leadership.
- Prepare financial reporting packages and deliver ad hoc analysis.
- Lead a company-wide finance transformation initiative and unify financial platforms.
- Design and implement scalable financial systems, controls, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage financial activities including billing, cost tracking, and reporting.
- Partner with operations and project teams to provide financial oversight and support client engagements.
- Act as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership, providing analysis and recommendations.
