Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of business analysis concepts, requirements definition, and Agile approaches.
- Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment.
- Skills in facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and UAT.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of system functionality, data integration, and workflow documentation.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions.
- Plan and design business processes and system modifications.
- Gather and document complex client business requirements through sessions and interviews.
- Create complex test case scenarios and oversee testing to verify system design requirements.
- Develop business requirements documents and user stories.
- Support QA, UAT, and release phases through defect analysis and change maintenance.
- Provide time estimates for project-related tasks.
