Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including technical delivery leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills across written, async, live, and cross-cultural contexts.
- Experience in an agency, consultancy, or client-embedded environment.
- Demonstrable fluency with AI as a working tool with measurable outcomes.
- Technical fluency across modern architectures (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, C#).
- Experience coordinating multiple teams or workstreams in parallel.
- Strong stakeholder management skills on ambiguous or contentious topics.
- Capability to manage staffing, onboarding, interviewing, and resource planning.
- Strong commercial sensibility to align technical work with business value.
Responsibilities
- Build trust with engineers through regular 1:1s, candid feedback, and development support.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for the client, managing shifting priorities and turning ambiguous requests into execution plans.
- Coordinate technical delivery across frontend, backend, DevOps, platform, and tooling workstreams.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, staffing, and operational health of the engineering team.
- Lead AI-driven team uplift, focusing on measurable productivity gains and code quality.
- Translate delivery metrics and technical decisions into a value narrative for clients.
