Requirements
- 4–5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Advanced experience with React and Next.js.
- Experience building REST APIs, GraphQL, or gRPC services.
- Direct experience with Headless CMS platforms like Contentstack, Contentful, or Strapi.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Koa or Express.js.
- Hands-on experience with Redis for performance optimization.
- Proven ability to write automated tests using Jest, Playwright, or React Testing Library.
- Familiarity with CSS-in-JS, Emotion, and enterprise design systems.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and personalization.
- Active use of AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot.
- Fluency in English for interviews, documentation, and daily communication.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services, Node.js microservices, REST APIs, and GraphQL or gRPC integrations.
- Develop reusable UI components and dynamic forms using React and CSS-in-JS libraries.
- Design and optimize SSR and SSG workflows in Next.js and define content schemas in Contentstack.
- Implement A/B testing infrastructure and user personalization engines.
- Integrate third-party APIs and caching layers like Redis to optimize performance.
- Write automated unit, integration, and E2E tests using Jest and Playwright.
- Utilize AI coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, and test automation.
