Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a technical project manager in software development
- Background in agency or consultancy settings managing multiple client accounts
- Experience with mobile app development project lifecycles (iOS/Android release cycles and app store review timelines)
- English proficiency at C1 level or above
- Available to overlap with US Eastern time through 5 PM EST
- Proficiency with technical project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or GitHub Issues
- Ability to read technical specifications and bug reports
- Familiarity with AI-augmented development workflows and estimation processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations
- Understanding of product management principles
Responsibilities
- Own delivery for multiple concurrent client projects, each with its own scope, stakeholders, and timeline
- Run the day-to-day of mobile app development projects: sprint planning, backlog grooming, release coordination
- Sit between the client and the engineering team to translate business requirements into technical scope
- Track budget, timeline, and scope on every project and flag risks proactively
- Coordinate QA, staging, and release handoffs
- Maintain project documentation, specs, and status updates
- Run client-facing standups, demos, and status calls during US business hours
- Manage scope creep and communicate timeline expectations
