Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in developing Enterprise Software.
- Hands-on expertise in Node.js, Go (Golang), React, and MongoDB.
- Strong full-stack development experience.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, microservices).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and cloud-native application development.
- Excellent knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and architectural patterns.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development and responsible AI principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in distributed, agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive features independently from design to delivery.
- Own product features end-to-end to ensure scalability, stability, and maintainability.
- Participate in technical designs and provide constructive feedback on product functionality.
- Communicate effectively across globally distributed teams and time zones.
- Balance feature development with operational excellence and production support.
- Contribute to strategy and roadmap development using emerging technologies.
- Mentor team members on architecture and design in a hands-on manner.
- Integrate AI tools into development workflows to accelerate work and improve output.
