Requirements
- At least 8 years of IT experience developing enterprise architecture models and strategic roadmaps.
- At least 3 years of management or technical leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced understanding of IT architecture and the software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on cloud implementation experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Experience with Microsoft .NET or Java development.
- Proficiency with SQL and advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of healthcare payer processes and industry practices.
- Ability to brief senior executives and influence stakeholders in matrixed environments.
- Experience with TOGAF (preferred).
- Experience with managed care and healthcare industry regulations (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior technical authority on complex enterprise IT consulting initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional enterprise architecture programs and organizational change efforts.
- Support mergers and acquisitions by leading technology integration activities.
- Establish and implement architecture standards, principles, and guidelines.
- Align IT strategy and technology investments with broader business objectives.
- Drive the creation and execution of long-term strategic technology roadmaps.
- Analyze industry and technology trends to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
- Advise program teams on solution design and architectural alignment.
- Provide training, mentoring, and support to architecture team members.
