Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, business systems, process automation, or a related technical field.
- Strong programming or scripting experience with JavaScript, Python, Deluge, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON structures, authentication methods, third-party integrations, databases, and data transformations.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, workflow management, or other enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot workflows spanning multiple applications and perform technical testing and validation.
- Ability to independently take ambiguous business problems, define requirements, design workflows, and drive implementation.
- Strong process-flow documentation and communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: SQL and BI/reporting tools experience.
- Preferred: Experience with Zoho CRM/Creator/Flow/Desk, Zapier, Make, UiPath, Power Automate, or Workato.
- Preferred: Background in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated DTC environments with understanding of HIPAA compliance.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
- Preferred: Experience using AI-assisted development tools and identifying AI-enabled automation opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations, Clinical, Fulfillment, Patient Care, Marketing, HR, Finance, and other teams to understand business problems and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, build, and maintain automations, workflows, APIs, webhooks, integrations, custom functions, scripts, and internal tools.
- Own technical solutions end to end, from discovery and requirements gathering through development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex issues spanning multiple systems, implementing validation rules, logging, and monitoring to ensure reliability.
- Document system logic, integrations, workflows, and technical decisions to ensure maintainability.
- Proactively identify opportunities to reduce manual work, including the use of AI, and mentor technical team members.
