Requirements
- 5 or more years of project management experience in healthcare communications.
- Expert knowledge of digital and print production workflows.
- Strong skills in scoping, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Prior mentoring or supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of integrated campaigns that span digital, print, events, and video.
- Develop detailed Gantts and critical paths across multiple deliverables and vendors.
- Anticipate risks, propose solutions, and manage change control to protect scope, timing, and margin.
- Mentor and coach Project Managers and Coordinators, modeling best practices and documentation hygiene.
- Partner with Account teams to align execution to strategy and client expectations.
- Own forecasting inputs, budget scoping, and invoice readiness in collaboration with Finance.
- Manage team best practices, process reference documents, and onboarding tools.
