Requirements
- 7+ years of Android engineering background.
- Experience working on at least two large native Android applications.
- Solid experience programming in Kotlin.
- Deep understanding of MV concepts, mobile threading, and memory management.
- Fundamental understanding of complex data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to validate decisions.
- Creative problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities.
- Requirement to attend meetings on camera via video conferencing.
- Requirement to travel at least two times a year for company events.
Responsibilities
- Build secure, privacy-focused applications for Android devices.
- Utilize Kotlin, Maestro, and Graphite for development.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop effective UX solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects from scoping and execution to postmortem.
- Leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to guide development.
