Experience: Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population; two or more years of experience in an applied setting; 1+ year of Telehealth supervision experience
Required Skills: Microsoft Excel

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Master's degree in Psychology or a related field, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
2+ years of experience working with a pediatric population.
2+ years of experience in an applied setting conducting functional assessments and developing behavior plans.
1+ year of telehealth supervision experience.
Proficiency in Excel, database management, and record-keeping.
Managerial experience.
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and organizational skills.
Ability to work within the hours of 9am-6pm MT.
Must be located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO.

Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessment processes.
Develop case supervision and clinical management protocols.
Develop and implement ABA treatment plans.
Consult with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) regarding client/family concerns.
Select appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities based on age and ability.
Involve clients and families in goal setting and train them on treatment strategies.
Record and track daily progress for clients and families accurately.
Plan for the discharge of the person served.
