Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience building end-to-end NLP and deep learning models in production environments.
- Hands-on experience developing production systems that leverage LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT, Gemini) to interact with real users.
- Expert knowledge of Python.
- Hands-on experience with asynchronous Python and REST API services, specifically FastAPI or Flask.
- Solid understanding of core machine learning concepts, including model evaluation, versioning, and managing prompts in production.
- Strong software engineering skills with experience deploying models to production.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong passion for machine learning and continuous self-development through research and literature.
- Team-player mindset.
- Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, or common ML frameworks is a plus.
- MLOps experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine RAG-based AI agents (Lyro) using Claude and Gemini models.
- Build agent orchestration systems for complex, multi-step procedural execution.
- Develop advanced product search, comparison, and recommendation features.
- Create machine learning systems to maintain knowledge base quality, detect contradictions, and identify duplicates.
- Design intelligent context optimization engines for dynamic data source selection.
- Collaborate with engineers and product leaders to deploy LLM-based solutions to production.
