Requirements
- 3-5+ years of professional experience building, training, validating, and deploying ML solutions in production.
- Very good knowledge of Python programming, SQL, and Git.
- Experience in training and validating ML models such as decision trees, neural nets, and regression models.
- Ability to scale solutions to meet infrastructure and business requirements.
- Strong understanding of data lake / lakehouse architecture.
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
- Experience with recommender systems and NLP is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce data ecosystems is a plus.
- Professional experience with PySpark and the Databricks Lakehouse platform is a plus.
- Experience in structured streaming and Scala programming is a plus.
- Familiarity with MLOps environments such as mlflow is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy data-driven and machine learning solutions for portal personalization and campaign ranking.
- Manage the end-to-end machine learning process including data validation, algorithm selection, feature engineering, and model deployment.
- Monitor, maintain, scale, and update existing data and ML pipelines.
- Apply software best practices such as clean code, testing, and automated deployment.
- Collaborate with data engineers and development teams to build reliable data infrastructure.
- Provide technical recommendations on ML solutions to business stakeholders and developers.
- Share MLOps knowledge to support organizational growth.
