Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-heavy products.
- Proven experience designing AI/agentic user experiences beyond simple chat interfaces.
- Experience with asynchronous task monitoring, AI transparency, and multi-step automation workflows.
- Strong experience designing for complex data visualization and content-heavy systems.
- Experience working across React, Salesforce, and Microsoft ecosystems.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Bolt, or similar.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
- Define and lead how users interact with autonomous AI agents.
- Design human-in-the-loop systems providing visibility into AI reasoning.
- Create interfaces for monitoring long-running agent tasks, status tracking, and alerts.
- Design AI-driven workflows across React applications, Salesforce, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Architect dashboards and workflows for content-heavy, data-rich environments.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes in Figma or Bolt to simulate AI interactions.
- Conduct usability testing focused on trust, clarity, and control over AI systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver feasible solutions.
